Many families depended on this store for their needs and so did my family. This made a lot of families happy during each holidays.

My disabled mother has been working at the 99 Cents store for almost a decade. I've seen the relationship she's had with coworkers and customers both, and she truly feels like she fits in. We were devastated when we found out it was closing. Also, the prices of items couldn't be beat! I feel so much nostalgia and bittersweetness just thinking of the 99 Cents Store. Bring back the 99!!

I want to $.99 store back because it was one of my favorite stores. I came in there grab them lotta food items and it’s a really good store. A lot of people rely on that store for like personal needs. It was cheap. It was affordable and it’s just one of the best stores that were ever created and also it’s kinda Like you know like a true traditional OG nine cent store it’s kinda like an icon for LA in other countries in other states have the dollar tree. We have the $.99 store it’s just always been that so yes please bring back the $.99 store.

A definite integral part of the American experience, to me. How could I even think of being without it. I will consider this a hiatus, and welcome it back, when it does come back.

Childhood store, a lot of memories I want to experience again.

I worked there for 8 years. It was difficult to see the store empty out and see my coworkers scared about their future. I know our store helped the community feed themselves and furnish their homes on a budget.

This place is the only first one that help me when I don't have much money to buy something to eat and my house

The 99 cent store is one of my favorite places to shop ever since I was a child like toys r us. That place has build great memories of my parents taking my siblings and I shopping before going to the drive in and we were only allowed to have one snack for the movies. I had pass some of that to my son and he loves the 99 too. I love shopping at the 99 for the amazing produce and great deals and I really hope the 99 makes a comeback!!

They are a great store with great prices and they have a food section which definitely was very nice . I loved the variety of items they have . It definitely was a A to .Z store and I want them back !!!
